A few words about
What We Do
Our projects
Grace2Soar runs four core focus areas, each built around what our communities actually need.
Our work is grounded in the communities we serve — we listen first, then build programmes around real, everyday needs.
Community Development
We work alongside local leaders to strengthen the basic services a community depends on — from health facilities and schools to social support networks. By investing in the systems people already rely on, we help communities become more resilient and better equipped to support their own members over the long term.
Health & Wellbeing
We help set up and support local health centres, with a particular focus on women’s health, and work to improve access to essential care for families who would otherwise go without. From screenings to basic treatment and health education, our goal is to remove cost and distance as barriers to wellbeing.
Orphan & Widow Support
Widows and orphans are among the most vulnerable people we work with, and our programmes are built around their specific needs — safe shelter, access to education, emotional support, and practical pathways to independence. We walk alongside families for the long term, not just in moments of crisis.
Youth Empowerment
Through mentorship, sports, skills training, and wellbeing support, we help young people build confidence, direction, and real opportunities for their future. Strong communities start with young people who are equipped, supported, and given the chance to lead.
